Scheduling & Appointment Changes
A card is required to be held on file for all appointments in order to enforce the cancellation policy. Nothing is charged to this card unless the cancellation policy is broken. All appointments must be made online so that consultation forms can be filled out prior to your appointment.
All appointments—including cancellations and reschedules—must be managed online through the booking system. This allows you to view real-time availability and select the option that works best for you.
Phone calls and messages regarding scheduling cannot be accommodated, as online booking ensures accuracy and efficiency for both you and your therapist. Thank you for respecting this process.
Parking
One reserved guest parking space is available in the gravel lot on the south side of the building. Please park in space #9. Enter through the black iron fence—the space will be in the middle of the lot on the right.
Cancellations
As a small business, a cancellation policy supports the costs of the business to ensure it can maintain operations when last minute changes arise.
Our policy is as follows:
Any appointments that need to be cancelled must be done no later than 48 hours before the time of your appointment. Past this time frame, you will be charged 50% of your cancelled appointment cost. In the event that you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost and the amount cannot be refunded or applied to future services under any circumstances. All policy fee's must be paid in advance to resume any future appointments. SKINCRVFT reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if any issue(s) persist.
Late Arrivals
Your appointment starts and ends at the time that it is scheduled. Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure full service time. The amount of the service time does not change based on your arrival time. Tardiness is a major disruption to the day. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, SKINCRVFT reserves the right to enforce their cancellation policy.
Early Arrivals
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, not early. SKINCRVFT is a private studio and does not have a waiting area or reception space to accommodate early arrivals.
The time between appointments is intentionally reserved for resetting the room, preparing your treatment, and allowing your therapist the presence and focus required to deliver a thoughtful, unhurried experience. Arriving early disrupts this process and the care of other guests.
If you arrive before your scheduled time, you may be asked to wait outside until your appointment begins.

Refunds
Under no circumstances will any refunds, payments or portion thereof for any services rendered be granted. You are paying for therapist time, product usage, and other expenses used to provide you with a service.
Gift Cards
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service in order to be redeemed. This may be either the physical gift card or the digital gift card email containing the barcode. Gift cards cannot be applied to an appointment without presentation at the time of service.
